Dear Stakeholders,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide an important update regarding our Board of Directors meeting scheduled earlier this month. Unfortunately, during the meeting on September 18th, we did not have enough board members present to constitute a quorum. As a result, we were unable to conduct any legal business or vote on key agenda items.
There were three critical matters that required board approval:
LEA-Specific Licenses
Fraud Risk Assessment Presentation
Approval of FY2024 Fiscal Policies
Rather than cancel the September meeting entirely, we have scheduled a brief follow-up Board Meeting tomorrow, September 30th, at 6:00 p.m. During this meeting, the Board will focus solely on these agenda items for discussion and approval.
Additionally, the required public notice has already been posted at all of our campuses to ensure transparency and compliance.
