Our low teacher to student ratio is critical to meeting the needs of our students, and provides for an optimal learning environment. Because we keep our classrooms to a minimum size, we do not receive the same amount of funding as a typical K-8 school. Spectrum Academy relies on the generous contributions of our families, corporate sponsors and private foundations. Our work continues, and we are able to expand our programs thanks to these generous contributors. Employee Matching Gifts Programs

More and more companies, particularly large corporations, are now conducting their own employee workplace giving fund drives. In order to encourage charitable giving, the companies will often "match" your gift - thereby doubling or sometimes tripling your contribution to Spectrum Academy. Please check with your human resources director to see if Spectrum Academy can be added to your company’s employee matching funds program.
